However, we understand that issues may occur during transit. Therefore, we offer returns or replacements only in the case of damaged or defective products.

Eligible Return Conditions

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The product received is defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Return Requirements

To process your request:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or video of the damaged or defective item.

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All perfumes (opened or unopened)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned without prior approval
